The week-by-week roll-out of Kaukauna’s Live! From Hydro Park schedule has been a bit like Christmas in July.
There’s a sense of anticipation as the show date draws nearer. And as for this week’s big surprise? Well, let me tell you: it’s quite the impressive package.
Live music returns to Hydro Park in Downtown Kaukauna on Wednesday, July 29 and will feature some of the top players in the Fox Valley coming together on the same stage. Bobby Evans and the Dairyland Kings will headline after an opening performance from Appleton Rock School.
Evans, a long-time Fox Valley blues favorite, will be joined by an all-star cast that will include Jay Stulo, Thomas Thiel, Rodney Zimmerman and Tom Hansen.
Prepare for a night of tight musicianship sparked by some awe-inspiring guitar work.
Those attending are asked to keep safety in mind. Keep at a distance from fellow concertgoers, bring hand sanitizer and if you’re sick, stay home. There will always be another show.
There will be no food and beverage sales at the event. The stage will be set in the middle of the park to allow more room for social distancing.
Bring some lawn chairs and enjoy the sunshine. The music starts at 5:30 p.m.
