It’s time to look ahead to good beer and good music for a good cause.

And as far as beer festivals go, you’ll never find better scenery.

EAA on Tuesday announced its 2020 Hops & Props event, which will conclude the inaugural Oshkosh Craft Beer Week. The March 14 event will feature more than 300 beverages to sample as well as food, coffee and desserts.

Don’t forget the music.

Maple Road, Miles Nielsen and The Rusted Hearts, and Porky’s Groove Machine will perform during the evening.

Now in its 16th year, Hops & Props has become one of the most highly regarded tasting events in the Midwest.

Hops & Props offers an opportunity to meet master brewers and understand the distinguishing characteristics of ales, lagers, and hybrid or mixed styles of beers.

General admission tickets are $75 each ($65 for EAA members) in advance. Tickets can be purchased through EAA’s secure website. Attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets purchased at the door on the day of the event (if available) are an additional $10 each.

Tickets include entrance to the museum, a professionally prepared tasting guide and a commemorative tasting glass. Proceeds support EAA Aviation Museum’s year-round education programming.

The event will run from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.
